Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Position Details

Position Type: Full-Time
Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers in their store experience.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Assist in inventory management and adherence to cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate cash registers and store equipment efficiently and accurately.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Work independently and as part of a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
