Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a neat shopping environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Handle customer purchases, stock shelves, and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and promote a secure shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
