Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI location. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandise is stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. This is a Full-Time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Assist customers with shopping, handle purchases, and maintain neat displays
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any store issues
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain cash policies
• Adhere to company policies while ensuring data security
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in customer service and cashier operations
• Ability to operate store equipment and follow cleaning standards
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Meet state requirements for handling alcoholic beverages

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
• A combination of education and experience is acceptable
