Job Description
As a Store Team Member at Aldi, you will play a vital role in maintaining store operations and providing exceptional customer service. This full-time position involves merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store remains clean and organized.
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with the ALDI team to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Handle customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and arrange merchandise displays.
- Provide prompt and courteous customer service, assisting shoppers as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management, offering feedback on product quality and inventory.
- Follow established cash policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
- Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Ability to lift and stock merchandise weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
