Job Description

As a Store Team Member at Aldi, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the store's operations. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment. This full-time position offers a starting wage of $18.50 per hour and requires 32-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Assist customers and provide exemplary service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Conduct inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment.
• High school diploma preferred.
