Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This is a full-time position averaging 32-40 hours per week, with a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) expected for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and retail equipment.
• Ability to follow company policies, communicate clearly, and work independently or as part of a team.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
