Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store maintains its high standards and provides excellent customer service. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (MAP) in daily tasks.
• Handle customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers in their experience.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory issues, and other store matters.
• Participate in store inventory counts and maintain cash policies.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling skills.
• Ability to follow company policies, perform general cleaning tasks, and adhere to safety procedures.
• Strong communication skills and capability to work both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
