Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Store Team Member. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and welcoming for our customers. By working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and enhancing the shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide excellent customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct store inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
