Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. Position Type

Full-Time - 32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage

$18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products efficiently.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Work collaboratively with team members and management.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Adhere to company policies and cash handling procedures.
• Participate in inventory management and accuracy checks.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience is a plus.
