Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Merchandising, stocking products, and maintaining a clean store environment.
• Assisting customers with their shopping experience and providing excellent customer service.
• Collaborating with team members and communicating effectively with store management.
• Operating a cash register, performing inventory counts, and following company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is preferred.
