Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our store's operations and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and contributing to the overall cleanliness of the store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhering to company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
