Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining store operations, merchandising products, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stocking shelves, merchandising products, and maintaining store cleanliness.
• Providing excellent customer service and assisting customers with their needs.
• Collaborating with team members and communicating effectively with management.
• Participating in inventory management and store maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and retail equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
