Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's smooth operations and delivering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and inviting store environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills.
• Assist customers with their shopping and provide outstanding service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and adhere to cash policies.
• Perform general cleaning duties according to company standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and operate a cash register.
• Capable of lifting and stocking merchandise up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
