Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Store Team Member and play an essential role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining our store's appearance. As a Store Associate, you will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to create a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock merchandise, and maintain displays
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company procedures and maintain a clean store environment

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Experience in retail is a plus
• Good communication and organizational skills
