Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining cleanliness to create an engaging shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate core values and competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain clean store environment, and ensure product displays are neat.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate openly with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and assist in stock management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous and efficient customer service.
• Proficient in cash register operations and equipment handling.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma preferred, with retail experience as a bonus.
