Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI location. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Assist customers with purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide feedback on products and inventory to improve store operations.
• Conduct store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and cash register skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Retail experience is a plus.
