We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our store operates smoothly and that our customers receive exceptional service. From stocking shelves to cashiering, you will contribute to creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Stock merchandise, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses.
• Participate in inventory management and counts.
• Follow company policies and procedures diligently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
