Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with the team, you will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain neat merchandise displays, and assist customers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and ensure accurate store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain document security.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Efficient cash register operation and good customer service skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is a plus.
