Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Weekly Hours: 32-40 hours
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and stock shelves with merchandise.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean store environment according to company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
