Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI store. As a team member, you will play a key role in ensuring the store maintains a top-notch appearance and provides exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring store security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
