Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining our stores' operations. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and organized to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the store management
• Participate in inventory count activities and adhere to cash handling policies

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
