We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your role will involve collaborating with team members and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Assist in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions efficiently.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience as a plus.
