Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store is well-organized, stocked, and delivers exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Merchandise, stock products, operate the cash register, and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Work closely with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and handle equipment safely.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
