We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store is well-organized, stocked, and delivering exceptional customer service. From cashiering to stocking shelves, your contribution will shape the ALDI shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering and general cleaning duties.
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide top-notch customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Assist in inventory management and monitoring for accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and retail equipment.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
