Job Description

Join our team at Aldi as a Store Team Member, where you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with team members, you will contribute to enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently
• Process customer purchases, maintain clean store conditions, and assist with stocking shelves
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with the team and management
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash handling policies, and uphold company procedures

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment efficiently
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience
