Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join the ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, merchandising products, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Full-Time
Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Adhere to cash policies, conduct inventory counts, and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and follow company policies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience will be considered.
