Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store maintains a welcoming environment for customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise, process customer purchases, and maintain the cleanliness of the store.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and customer needs.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring the security of store data.
• Participate in inventory counts and follow cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate cash registers and equipment efficiently.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
