Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join the ALDI family. As a Store Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is organized, well-stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, acts competencies, and professional skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and overall store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash handling policies.
• Adhere to company procedures and maintain document security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in customer service, cash register operation, and equipment handling.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
