Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store maintains a welcoming environment for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to enhance the overall shopping experience.

Starting Wage

$17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. values consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain clean store environment, and neatly stock shelves.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Conduct inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operations.
• Ability to operate store equipment safely and efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail work experience a plus.
