Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our store maintains a welcoming environment for our customers. From stocking shelves to providing exceptional customer service, you will contribute to the overall success of our team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Assist customers and enhance their shopping experience.
• Monitor inventory and provide feedback on products.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Efficient cash register operation.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
