Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. By providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with our team, you will contribute to enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Full-Time position
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Operate cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and customer interactions.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
