Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory management and cash handling
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
