Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our Aldi family. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, and providing exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain a clean store environment, and ensure shelves are neatly stocked.
• Deliver excellent customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and provide feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash handling policies, and uphold company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Capable of operating a cash register and various equipment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
