We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Store Team Members at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and organized to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details:

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and support team collaboration
• Assist in inventory management and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure store security

Requirements:

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately
• Perform general cleaning duties and operate store equipment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail experience is preferred
• Ability to handle and sell alcoholic beverages as per local regulations
