Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring that the store is well-maintained, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock and merchandise products efficiently and neatly.
• Operate cash registers accurately and provide prompt customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy and participating in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate equipment effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and follow instructions efficiently.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
