Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a crucial part of our team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness, ensuring a top-notch shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies.
• Adhere to company policies, ensure data confidentiality, and perform assigned duties.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
