Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and assist with inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays accurately.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold store security.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to work at ALDI.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
