Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the team to ensure exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays accurately.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling procedures.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Capable of working independently and within a team environment.
