Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store maintains its high standards while providing exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI M.A.P. mindset and competencies in your role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and follow cash handling policies.
• Adhere to company policies and uphold security and confidentiality standards.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
• Able to operate store equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
