We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring product availability, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock and merchandise products, process customer purchases, and maintain tidy product displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, assist shoppers, and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Contribute to inventory management and accurately handle cash transactions.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties effectively.
