Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This full-time position offers 32-40 hours per week, starting at $18.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
