Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers by merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and competencies in daily tasks.
• Assist customers during their shopping experience with exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and provide feedback on products and processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and cash handling procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
