Job Description
We are looking for a Store Team Member to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. By collaborating with the ALDI team and providing exceptional customer service, you will enhance the shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 per week
- Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
- Comply with company policies and procedures
- Perform other assigned duties as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
- Knowledge of company policies and procedures
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
