Job Description

We are looking for team-oriented individuals to join our growing team as Store Team Members at ALDI. As a Store Team Member, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with team members and management to uphold company standards and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and security protocols.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent education.
