Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the ALDI team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store
• Assist customers and communicate effectively with the team
• Provide feedback to management and monitor inventory
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately
• Work independently and within a team
• Stay organized and attentive to detail
• Meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior work experience in retail preferred
