Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the store staff, you will handle various tasks including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Your role in providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the Aldi team is essential in enhancing the overall shopping experience.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Complete tasks as outlined in the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with team members
• Assist in inventory management and report any issues to management
• Handle cash according to company policies and uphold security measures

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
