Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and contributing to a positive shopping experience. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandising displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and overall store operations.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Proficient in providing prompt customer service and operating a cash register.
• Ability to operate store equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
