Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure neat merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and customer issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling protocols.
• Follow company policies, ensure document security, and maintain confidentiality.
• Perform other assigned duties as necessary.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma preferred with prior retail experience.
