Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's smooth operation by merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized environment for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, maintain displays, and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Follow company policies and procedures while providing exceptional customer service.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Prior retail experience and excellent communication skills preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and perform general cleaning duties.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
