Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and collaborating effectively with your team members.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Weekly Hours: 32-40 hours
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills
• Process customer purchases and maintain store cleanliness
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Contribute to inventory management and loss prevention
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures
• Perform general cleaning duties and follow safety protocols

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• High school diploma preferred
• Experience in retail is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
